Average delivery time is 4 weeks from receipt of payment. Should it be impossible to process the order within 4 weeks, the client shall be informed in a timely manner.

Shipping costs are charged to the client and specified during checkout before the order is completed. They are calculated automatically on the basis of the value of the order and the country of destination. Beltrami S.r.l. uses DHL as its courier worldwide. After dispatch, clients receive an email with a tracking code.

All Beltrami Boutique products are made to order, specially manufactured for each customer. Beltrami S.r.l. therefore reserves the right not to accept returns unless the purchased products show actual defects and a written agreement has been reached between the customer and the company.

To apply for a refund, email [email protected], clearly stating the reason and attaching the original invoice and photographs of the reported defects. After written acceptance, defective products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, exactly as received and in their original labelled packaging.

If a problem is caused by a defect in Beltrami’s fabric or sewing, a new product will be supplied at no extra cost.
